I have a little white bump on the tip of my tongue. It's not painful it doesn't have pain until I slide my tongue on my teeth it's tiny bump. I'm confused. Could it be an STD?

Hello, You need to visit a dentist and get it checked first. Most probably it is common ulcer or some infection that will be Cured with medicines only. Regards
