Little Chest pain

Hello doctor.. my father is 62 year old.. having DM 2.. he is having just little pain in left side which is on and off.. we done ECG which is (Normal synus Rithem and Longitudel Left axis deviation) is showing.. is this normal? Or there is any problem???

You can upload the image of ECG.left axis deviation could be normal physiological or related to heart conditions.He is being an diabetic , experiencing on and off chest pain is an indication for consulting a cardiologist .

ECG looks normal but Need more information about the type of pain,if it is radiating,if he is on any medication?food habbit,bowel movement any report about cholesterol level?
