Lithium split dosing
I started on lithium few months back. Is it ok to take 300 morning 300 night instead of 600 night? If i take evening only dose i can't sleep. If i take morning only dose i feel lethargic in evening
Depends on the kind of Molecule you are taking. Advising on dosing regimen without being aware of your serum lithium levels would be wrong. Please ask the doctor that has advised you lithium. Eventually when your serum lithium levels has reached therapeutic levels Psychiatrist will change it to once a day dose .
