My lips are getting dried ... i use lip blam but then too its not enough.. still lips are getting torned

Dryness of lips can have different causes : not drinking enough water, medications that cause reduction of saliva, exposure to sun and wind. Sometimes , it could be caused by certain infections. Try drinking enough water, 1.5 to 2 litres per day is minimum requirement if you have an indoor job. Visit a dentist to check on reduced saliva and infections.
