Lipohemangioma and disc dessication

My sister is having severe headache. We got her scanned for MRI Cervical spine and these are impressions. Any advice or information about what is going on with her? IMPRESSION: Early disc dessication changes C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels. Small lipohemangioma in the C7 vertebral body. Note: Well defined cyst measuring 51 x 15 mm is seen in the midline pelvis between the fundus of urinary bladder and anterior uterine wall - For USG correlation

Hello It would be good to know what are your sisters other complains than the headache? How old is she and since when do the complains start? What is her profession?
