LIP IRRITATION

Since mid-May my lips have been irritated. It started as dry cracking lips, and I started with normal everyday chapsticks to keep moist. After a few weeks of that, the chapsticks began making my lips itchy. I have since started using Vaseline, but AS SOON as the vaseline drys off or is wiped off by food, napkin, water, etc. my lips feel tight and uncomfortable. Its almost as if im missing a moisture barrier, they appear thin and light coloured.
