Lines on finger nails.

I have finger lines on my finger nails and toe nails. 7 had in  hand fingers including 2  thumb nail and 2 index finger.  Also   have4 leg finger have including both toe finger in leg. Please help me im so worried now im in Bangladesh and cannot see a doctor also because of my area coronavirus. Please help me.
