Lighter complexion to darker complexion

I'm African American and used to have a lighter skin complexion. For 6 yrs now, my skin is so dark( i cant even see myself in the dark). I spend most of my time indoors. I barley go out. Ive used skin bleachin product and worked. After i stop usin them, my skin becomes darker again. What do i do? Any lotions suggestions? Thanks
