I have a tiny bit of spotting I am not pregnant and not on my period. I have a little bit of cramps but nothing severe. Had My period about a week ago and went to the bathroom had some clear discharge mixed with some light blood.

If u r sure that ur previous cycle was of normal flow and u r not pregnant..then nothing to be done right now.. Just observe ..if this problem persists u need to do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out ovarian cysts or polyp.. This cn also be an effect. Of emergency contraceptive pill if u hv taken some or due to infection..
