Here are some steps you can follow :
20-20-20 rule: every 20 mins, take a 20 second break and look at something 20 feet away - great for IT profession/ people who use devices for a long period of time
- frequently blink your eyes, make a conscious effort to do so
- use a preservative free lubricant such as HICOOL-PF or a better one is systane ultra , use as per required, no max limit
- avoid phone one hour before bedtime and half an hour after waking up
- sleep 8-9 hours/ day
- hydrate well, 3L a day
- frequently check your refraction, and wear prescription glasses regularly if you do have power
- read and work in well illuminated conditions, and keep laptop at a comfortable reading distance, not too close.
