Light brown dark red like bleeding

I noticed very less brown red dark like bleeding (did not see it instantly but noticed in my inner after sometime). It has happened after 8 days of ovulation (ovulation was checked by follicular monitoring). What does this mean?

You need investigations to find out the reason for this brown spotting go for a perspeculum. examination to rule out erosion cervix and ultrasound and a papsmear
