Hello , I got my periods on 16 Jan and then on 17 feb but on 2nd March I got my periods again but this time no cramps and it's bleeding lightly from past 2 days . What can be the reason ? Becoz this early period case also happened to me on Dec when I got my periods on 5th Dec and again on 15th Dec .

This unusual bleeding can be related to sex hormonal imbalance. So there is no worry as you are young . But please consult a gynaecologist, do Ultrasonography, hormonal profile which can help you to know exact cause of bleeding.
