From your question I have to assume that you have not undergone Physio. If in one year you have had no physio or minimal physio and only support and oral medicine.... It's safe to say that not undergoing physio is proving costlier for you. Pls visit your physio. However there are many non weight bearing exs (swimming) to loose weight and of course proper nutrition and portion control.
