Ligament sprain in wrist

2018-08-15 08:25:56
Hey my name is Kunal . Currently, I am working  for infosys. Actually 2 weeks before, while doing exercise in gym, my right hand wrist got streched. Firstly i thought it was normal sparin but now its been almost 2 weeks. There is no swelling in my wrist and no pain also . But when I put some weight or when I do exercise in gym, I feel so much pain. I regularly apply ice for 10-15 minutes from past 4 days and also approved bandage . Please suggest me what to do and is it serious and how much time will it  take to completely heal it?
