I'm strucked.For an example: i work on a monday in office,after day ends i gets scared during sleep / till wakeup or gets effected especially when people laugh at me, doesn't understand me .So i need know to relax no matter what others think /laugh and give my best in life.Also need a coach /mentor ( coach can train me in Hyderabad city).
