Good morning dear would be future mother, First of all Congratulations for your new journey of life as motherhood. Yes I saw your report so it's a little bit disturbed but all will be fine by following a good nutritious diet plan and lifestyle management. Be calm and cool during your pregnancy period. There are some hormonal changes that happen during pregnancy so the body metabolism gets disturbed.

Hi , Hope in past 37 weeks you have taken enough care to eat home-cooked foods?? But your reports are pointing out a different story however if in case you have been indulging in too much of ultra-processed or packaged foods or dead foods it’s high time to help your body to reverse this condition as not to forget your body is nurturing another life inside of you
Next Steps
Kindly stop every little piece of biscuits/crackers/ breads/chocolates and please focus on having green leafy veggies+ colourful seasonal veggies in parboiled/cooked /raw salad form however you like avoid too much of oil and instead use only A2 cows ghee to cook your food , I’m sure you must be taking supplements too but without a wholesome & balanced diet the supplements also won’t be of any use though
