LFT test in pregnancy

Hi, Tomorrow, I have planned c-section delivery, completed 40 weeks. However, I was having itching issues, so my dr. Suggested to check for LFT. Did my LFT, attaching the reports. Can you suggest what should be done as in the reports vitals are elevated. My BP is normal, my sugar level is elevated a little bit. And I have itching issue in my hand. Please advise, anyways my delivery is planned tomorrow
