LFT sees drastic change in a few weeks

Hello Doctors, I had consulted this forum a few weeks back as my SGOT & SGPT levels were high. It's been 2 weeks now, and the changes that I've made are, zero alcohol for the last 2 weeks, regular exercises, which I was doing just increased the number of days per week. Control on junk food. My question here is, do these really help with the reports, as I've seen big improvements without any stress or so. Also the alcohol that I used to drink was only beer. The problem with foamy urine remains but the foam is cleared in a couple of minutes, my previous urine report showed mucus present. I've attached both my reports from 3 weeks back and yesterdays

Fever present? avoid outside foods, Hepatitis A is a food borne infection, spread by unhygienic food/water. Right upper abdominal pain with fever, Slight jaundice(yellow discolouration of skin, mucus membranes) are symptoms. If anything present , anti virals might be required.

Liver gets diseased slowly and its recovery is also slow. Please continue with the medicine as advised by your Doctor. You should repeat LFT parameters after 6-8 weeks.
