Pain started suddenly on Tuesday, was able to control it with ibuprofen and numbing solution on the gums. No tooth/teeth in the area of pain. Can't pinpoint the pain either. Have some facial swelling as well. Pain had become do constant that ibuprofen does nothing. There's nothing visual that I can see to figure out the cause. My b/p is 135/85.
If there is no tooth in area of pain then you need to get an IOPA X-ray done of that region to get a proper diagnosis. Please visit a dentist asap. Because taking ibuprofen or other painkillers won't solve the problem completely.
There can be multiple reasons for the mentioned complaint by the patient.One of them is periapical pathology with the molars specifically impacted 3rd molar or it may be present in the other molars present.
