Urine report is severally deranged , kindly share what symptoms are u facing right now accordingly we can proceed with the treatment part . Burning micturation, pain while urination, constant mild lower abdominal pain etc Do u have any other comorbidity like diabetes or hypertension or thyroid issues. Family history of renal stones.
