AST:ALT ratio of 2 can be seen in liver stress but alone not serious, especially if values are near normal.
Since ALP is normal and no alcohol history, monitor and repeat LFT after 4–6 weeks. Also check viral hepatitis profile and ultrasound abdomen once.
