I have developed leukoplakia on the soft palate. Don't have any symptoms. Please help me with medications.

Leukoplakia is a condition classified under precancerous lesions in the mouth. Hence, please take it seriously and please visit your Doctor and get checked up physically. We cannot prescribe any medicine without proper clinical examinations.
Next Steps
Please discontinue any sort of tobacco consumption be it smoking or chewing pan-masala.

Hie.. at first, pls attach the photograph of lesion...? There is a pattern for leukoplakia , if it is so... then only can recommend any medications for the same...
