Letrozole 6th cycle with pcod

I have pcod and thyroid right now I am daily taking 75mg thyronorm tablet for thyroid and my AMH is 5 also my conception treatment is going on with follicular study with Letrozole cycle now I'm going for 6th Letrozole cycle I just want to know should I go for this or start taking pcod reverse treatment and then try for conception treatment because all 5 cycle is failed and also on 5th cycle my doctor started progesterone tablet which is also not helpful Please provide help to understand I'm confused
