Hi , Doctor adviced me to have  letroz tablet 2.5 mg from day 3 for 5 days, after that she told me she I'll give me HCG 10000,  is it important to get HCG trigger shot , if HCG shot not taken what will happen , can only letroz tablet will not help me in natural conception ?

The egg may or may not rupture naturally..so hcg is given ..for ovulation
