Less weight, thin,stamina

She looks very thin, tall and facing issue with stamina. Her food intake is also less and pure vegetarian.

Don't compel her to take more food. Let her grow naturally. It would be fine with her. Just avoid biscuits, bakery and other junk foods like chips. Give her home made delicious foods which she likes more. She is pretty good I think.

First focus on the hunger. For that give half cm piece of ginger along with rock salt for chewing 15mins prior to food. For 1month. As hunger becomes proper then you can use different combination of cereals in food for muscle mass gain.
