I have 9 number in my right eye and 11 number in my left eye. I visited ophthamologist but he didn't tell me anything about halt the number from increasing. please suggest some help.

Take nutritious diet-  dal, soya, cheese(paneer), eggs, milk, carrots. A good diet CAN help in halting the progression of myopia to some extent. Reduce your screen time. Take short breaks when you are doing near work for long hrs.
