Less urine flow and frequent urination

I am suffering from frequent urination and less urination from last 1 month my reports ultra sound are all normal some dr are saying it is related pelvic floor muscle and some are saying stricture I am taking alfuzosine after taking medicine flow is coming fine but without that flow reduces please suggest my what should I do and how long should I take alfuzosine medicine.

Based on pattern on Uroflowmetry, we can have fairly certain idea on diagnosis. If there is still a doubt, Needs Cystoscopy (to put a camera into the bladder and see)
