Under homeo treatment since 2months. I get less than usual periods n blackish. Is it a good sign that fibroids are shrinking? How do I know Taking fraxinus americana &aurum(weekly once)

Get one scan done .. if u r not getting proper cycles .. there may be decrease in ovarian function ..get a gynaec consult
