There is less sensation of touch in the left wrist/palm. Certain numbness, including fingers. Not so active feeling of any kind of touch on the palm/wrist/fingers(from middle finger to the little finger)

Did you have some pressure on your left arm while sleeping or sitting ? Did you have any needle injury due to some injection in left arm ? Is there some muscular weakness in wrist and finger muscles ?  Give more details. Then only can opine meaningfully.
