Less bleeding

I have less bleeding since 5 months and this time no flow at all and only very light spotting on day 3 and day 1 and normal flow on day 2. My fsh is 6.4 on day 2 and lh is 2.88 . tsh is normal and prolactin is normal. endometrium thickness is 4 mm am i into preimenupause or its an harmonal imbalance my age is 37 and i have type 2 diabetes since 2 yrs
