Lesions inside my mouth

Hi of late I am getting lesions which is black in color inside my mouth. Please help me out to get rid of this. It has a burning sensation and irritability.

consult nearest surgeon as it requires clinical. examination and evaluation... biopsy of the lesion may be necessary for diagnosis.. regards
