LASIK surgery not a good option in high myopia (>-8)due to poor quality of vision and increased risk of complications.The vision ICL is good option .But one need to understand that it is 4 times more costly and intra ocular .But my most happy refractive patients always comment that it is one of the best decision they have taken in their life.

Incl is the best option.

Lasik surgery is not advisable beyond -8 number. Since you have mentioned -13 it's better you either use contact lenses or go for an ICL surgery.
