I am getting severe calf pain in my leg while walking few distance you know I have attached X-ray report. Please suggest futher meditation.

Very unlikely for your age.. Commonly it occurs due to spine pathology Or and vascular disease of leg.. These are 2 causes which one should rule out. Can also be cramp which will eventually improve with time
