Leg pain while running

Hi Doctor, I have a minor swelling in my legs (between knee and ankle). I went for a running few days back and developed this swelling after that. It is paining severely and i have difficulty in walking. I face more difficulty while moving down from stairs. Please suggest.

Ma'am severe pain can be anything from deep vein thrombosis to compartment syndrome. Better seek medical help urgently.
