I have leg pain in both side due to slip disc not want to operation what can i do? And also deficiency of calcium and vit d but now i try my best with to fulfill this deficiency.. taking start accupunture therapy.. one dr.manoj frm neuro hospital kota in facebook video who do magic by bones exercise fee is 25000 can go

Plz don't waste your money and time on all these posts. Consult uer orthopaedic surgeon and follow his advice since I have not examin u then I can't say that u need surgery or not
