I have being traveling since last week and suddenly I started getting leg pain which starts from my left lower buttock and goes all the way to my ankle. This is a shooting pain, something which I get when I don't drink plenty of water. I was having little backpain before my travel but while traveling leg pain got acute

Seems to be lumbago/ PIVD. Better show it to a nearby orthopaedic doctor.
