I feel acute pain in ankle joints, even little uneven surface causing acute pain, Very uncomfortable while walking, limping, unstable, sometimes reflex after slight impact. No stamina to walk longer, and walking has become very uncomfortable and painful, is this because of sitting long or vitamin
