I done spot urine acr ...and lft.. urine acr is normal but urine creatinine is 508 mg/dl is it time for concern or it is normal plz reply sir.. Also lft is abnormal. is it very serious? My CBC is completely normal.

Hi... Urine ( uacr) report of ok... You should get a sonography of abdomen done. The derangement in lft needs to be evaluated and consult a gastroenterologist for the same.
