Leg and hand bone paine

When i start running and gyming then my hand and leg bone having paine and it is extreme level paine.

Warm up adequately before you start gym. What you are experiencing is muscle cramp because they are not ready to work. As you trsin more this phenomenon decreases. Also review your workout plan, keep rest days, dont workout daily.
