You need to consult an eye specialist immediately . As it can be a congenital nasolacrimal duct block which needs intervention

History wise appears to be likely congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (block in tear pathway). At the age of two months, conservative treatment may help. But it is crucial to follow the right method of sac pressure to open the block. Please consult an Oculoplasty surgeon to confirm and for management.
