Left VUJ causing mild hydroureteronephro

Started having pain and went to the government hospital doctor gave pain injection and said to get a USG WHOLE ABDOMEN Results are as follows: Right kidney measures : 97×46mm Left kidney measures: 106× 55 mm. A calculus of size 6.2 mm is seen in the left VUJ causing mild hydroureteronephrosis. What to do for mild hydroureteronephrosis because I am having pain at the left abdomen.

Hello...since how long the pain is there is important..!! 6.2 mm stone at VUJ has chances of coming out of its own..!! No need for urgent surgery..!! A course of medicines to help stone to come out and for pain should be taken.!!
