I have been having mild chest pain, back pain and pains in arms for a past few weeks. I went to get an ECG for a self assessment. The ECG report said "Moderately Abnormal ECG with LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPY". I don't remenber having blood pressure. I did start some exercises ( weight lifting ) couple of months earlier. I have booked an appointment with a Cardiologist. In the meantime can you please clarify whether I am in an alarming position? What should I do.. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Hello.. Well yes left ventricular hypertrophy suggestsof strain and usually hypertension is a causeuse of it..But then in ecg it may not be so specific... The peaking of waves might also be due to stress and also think built.. Thank you
