Left thigh pain

I got hit by tennis ball on my left thigh ...Which is probably paining since last 8 days....The region is a lil bluish too....Not able to walk freely and play my sport too

Greetings, sorry about your pain. Your description significantly is related to contusion at thigh.
Next Steps
icing on bluish area 2 times a day will reduce pain and discolouration.  ice for 5 to 10 minutes.  do hamstring stretching and IT band stretching 3 times a day.
Health Tips
your walking will improve in a week .at later stage strengthening exercise will be needed.  will address it later.  if any concerns do let me know.
