Left testicle pain and erection issues

Hi doctors , I am feeling a mild pain in my left side testicle and also the thing is not getting erections since 3-4 days neither in morning which I used to get daily earlier. Also I am getting married this year and I have found that whenever I used to masturbate earlier the sperm quality was not good mostly water type contain. Is my sperm count low?? Please suggest
