My left testicle has some muscle like development in it from the past 2 - 3 years. It seems as if the veins in it has enlarged. It pains if pressed. Kindly help

Hello, I hope you're not in too much pain. Usually the left testicle lies lower than the right testis because of the anatomy and that's normal. But if there is tenderness along with swelling then you need to consult a doctor and get it sorted. Thank you.
