Hi Doctor, feeling abdomen swelling and pain on left side under rib.recently I did blood tests..reports attached

Reports show prediabetic range of blood sugar levels. And findings suggesting a  little low iron reserves. The reason for bloating can be some gastric or Intestinal cause usually.
