Left side shoulder and neck stiffness

Dear sir one week my left shoulder and left side chest corner is tingling and pain ,pain in my left neck upper area and minur exercise repeat pain in neck or left side upper chest please suggest cervical pain or heart pain ,bp is normal , suger is normal, lipid is normal ,neck pain radiyate to upper left chest front please help.
