Left side brain, neck, shoulder pain

Having pain in the left side of my head, behind my left ear  ( kanachi pali) and left side of neck.. Check with ENT specialists and nuro also.. But no effect with medicine.. Pain is on/ off conditions.. Now to whom i should go... CT scan is also done as suggested by ENT but no findings.. Swelling of the left side face... Sometimes tingling is also on the left side.

If both are normal don’t worry could be neuritic pain One more opinion if you want you can take
