I am facing left side (ribs + stomach joint part) pain last two months.Especially while bowling in Cricket. Could you please let me know, is there any problem with tissue damage.

Its intercostal muscle sprain or detachment from its place.  Give rest.  Consult near by physiotherapist and go for treatment
