I have a pain in my left shoulder , especially when I sleep and get up. It's stiff from the top and proceeds till half hand , left neck is also getting stretched

You may be having a condition called adhesive capsulitis with impingement. The treatment for this is in three stages First stage - analgesics and physiotherapy. If no improvement in 4 to 6 weeks then Second stage - intraarticular injection and physiotherapy If still no improvement then in 4 to 6 weeks Third stage - capsule release and acromioplasty
